Data Lifecycle Stage: This tool is designed to assist with document preparation after data has been uploaded to BDC but prior to formal ingestion.
Inputs: This tool requires:
Seven Bridges Developer Token – stored in the investigator’s Secrets Management
Project ID – This can be found at the end of a project’s URL in Seven Bridges and should be formatted as: <sb-username>/<project-name-in-sb>
Optional inputs include:
Folder Name – If the Folder Name is not specified, this tool will tag the entire project.
Outputs: A file_tagging.log file will be written with the tags given for each file and which files were not tagged due to improper file name formatting.
