The Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) Harmonization Tool transforms
the standard PDF formatted output produced by the OGM analysis software into a
standardized, machine readable set of tab delimited files or an MS Excel
spreadsheet.
Inputs: This application requires the PDF output produced by the BioNano Saphyr instrument for an optical genome mapping run.
Outputs: This application generates three tables: Job Details, Filtered Structured Variants, and Copy Number Variants. Users can select between two types of output files: an Excel workbook containing multiple sheets or multiple tab-delimited files, each corresponding to one of the three tables. Both output formats comply with the harmonized format specified in the data management plan.
