BioData Catalyst

The LCMS Harmonization Tool standardizes LCMS data files by removing unnecessary columns and renaming selected columns based on an input file.

Inputs: 

• An Excel workbook (.xlsx) containing the LCMS data
• A CSV file specifying columns to be renamed
• (Optional) A CSV file listing columns to be dropped
  

Outputs: 

• A harmonized Excel file (.xlsx)
• A harmonized CSV file, which can be viewed on Seven Bridges
