Data Aggregation - Upload of RMIP data from RMIP investigators and the In-depth Cell Characterization Hub (IDCCH) to the BioData Catalyst ecosystem.
Data Linkage - Applying consistent file naming, file tags, metadata, and file structure to create a connection network that links all of the data associated with a given research participant.
Data Harmonization - Transforming collected study data to standardized and interoperable data formats.
Data Analysis - Use of workflows, tools and apps, and custom scripts to investigate the data to answer key scientific questions.
Data Sharing - Ingesting study data into the BDC repository for public data sharing through authorized access.
