Per guidance from the NHLBI, BDC Fellows who are current TOPMed members must follow the TOPMed Publications Policy and associated processes (e.g., operating within Working Groups). The Policy applies to BDC Fellows using released or pre-release data, per the TOPMed Publications Policy Scope & Applicability section. Fellows who are NOT members will have the opportunity to join at their discretion if it benefits their project.
