BDC users are not charged for storing datasets hosted in the ecosystem; however, when hosted data are used in analyses, users incur costs for the computation and storage of derived results. BDC users who upload or import their own data to the ecosystem incur storage costs for their data files, computation, and their derived results.
Computation costs depend on the compute instance size, the duration of the instance use, and the cloud providers’ pricing of the compute instance at the time of execution. Storage costs depend on the file size, the duration the file is stored, and the cloud providers’ pricing of the storage classes.
