The award will be in the form of a subcontract from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to the recipient’s institution. The value of the subcontract will not exceed $69,733 for individual proposals. Team proposal budgets should clearly indicate the percentage of work to be done by each collaborator and should justify any budget of more than $69,733 for the project as a whole, up to $100,000.
